As with any Purchase policy , there are terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy from Computer learning Centre (CLC TRAINING) , you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and refund policy.
Our Terms & conditions:
- CLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses with prior notice without any liability on its part.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are 100% minimum 10 working days prior to the course start.
- CLC reserves the right to refuse scheduling, booking or attendance on courses if there are outstanding past due payments.
- As per contractual agreement between CLC and course vendors, it is not allowed to sell manuals without delegate attending a course and every delegate receives his own training kit. To guarantee training kit availability, booking must be confirmed and payment issued minimum 10 working days prior to course commencement. Late Confirmations or payments will cause late delivery of course training kit.
- Exam prices are subject to change without notice.
- Exams to be written within 6 Months after completion of the training.
Our refund policy is as follows:
Cancellation & Refunds:
- This Quote is Valid for 30 Days from the date of the Quote.
- A PO Should be issued 2-3 weeks before class commencement and payment should be received 1 week prior to class commencement.
- Exam vouchers will not be refunded once issued.
- There will be no refund for exams not taken within 6 months window after completion of training.
- There will be no refund for NO SHOW
- There will be no refund on e-kits once issued to the student
- Cancellation requests must be sent by email, otherwise they will NOT be accepted and payment in full must be made.
- No course cancellation will be accepted within 10 working days before commencement of the course “No Shows” will be due for payment in full.
- Trainings MUST be undertaken within 6 Months from PO Date/Payment Date
- To guarantee your seat it is highly recommended to book training at least 15 working days in advance.
Refunds for Duplicate Payment
- Refund of the duplicate payment made by the purchaser can be sought within 7 days of making duplicate payment.
- Payment will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 30 working days post intimation by the customer.
- In case the payment gateway, banks deduct charges for refunds, CLC will not be responsible.
- All refunds will be processed within 30 working days after the refund request is approved by CLC
Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed and interpreted as per the laws of Kenya with jurisdiction within the courts of Nairobi , Kenya..
